About us

It all started in June 2011 in Lausanne, Switzerland – when a collective of colleagues came together from all corners of the world with a common goal: to help states, organizations, civil society and communities globally improve quality and reach of justice and security services, leaving no one behind.

A decade later, Justice Reform hosts a network of smart, driven justice, human rights and technical professionals who share their expertise with a range of actors (including governments, UN organisations, NGOs and communities) where human rights-based approach underpins everything we do.

We specialise in:

  • strategic planning and policy-making,

  • advocacy,

  • capacity building,
